I started The James Cerebral Palsy Foundation to enhance the quality of those living with different disabilities, and this includes disabled veterans from any war (homeless or not) by providing resources, education, and advocacy services. I am a seasoned vet in public speaking and human intelligence. I have lived my entire life with Cerebral Palsy and Epilepsy and as a person with a disability, I have had to learn how to fight my way through life. I do not believe that Christ ever intended us to be used as a doormat for people to walk all over. 

I have had over 25 surgeries all over his body due to Cerebral Palsy and Epilepsy. My surgeries include but are not limited to Brain Surgery, Back Surgery, and Right Arm Surgery just to name a few. While I understand that the government in most cases requires a degree, I also believe that life experience outweighs any degree that could be given. I have experience interpreting in American Sign Language (ASL) with the use of only one hand (Uncertified).

Lisa Marie was a staff nutritionist at New Beginnings Healthcare and then San Diego Center for Integrative Medicine. 

Lisa Marie is holistically minded and believes in the body’s ability to heal itself if given the proper nutrition and care. She is trained in functional nutrition, and her approach is foundational, addressing the underlying issues with nutritional therapy. Lisa Marie consults with patients and clients with various health issues. She most often addresses digestive issues, fatigue, weight loss, metabolic syndrome conditions (elevated blood sugar, insulin, blood pressure, cholesterol, and obesity), and preventative health. Lisa Marie understands biological individuality – each of us has a different ancestral background, genetic disposition, and different nutritional deficiencies and imbalances. In October of 2013, the Mayor of El Cajon resigned and Wells was appointed to serve out the rest of that term before being elected as Mayor of El Cajon in 2014. He’s the 4th of 5 sons of Brother RJ Kelly and Bevera Kelly (both gone on to glory). He and his wife Patricia have been married 25 years. Today, they have 4 adult children and three grandchildren.

He comes to us with a 20 year background in Naval Service where he was an active duty United States Navy Logistics Specialist Chief and retired

As he planned his exit from the Navy, he knew the financial industry was where he could transfer a majority of skills obtained while active. Byron has an Associates Degree from Coastline Community College in Business Administration in Fountain Valley, CA and a Bachelor’s Of Science Degree in Organizational Management, BSOM, from the University of La Verne, California.

He has 20 certification of completions from Defense Acquisition University, DAU, in Contracting and Fiscal Management. Byron’s finance education, certifications and accreditations are continuously earned through Kaplan Financial. He’s appointed with top, A rated ONLY, Fortune 100 – 500 financial institutions. Today he’s licensed in 26 states, 25 of which are nonresident licenses as a Non-Captive, Independent Contractor at World Financial Group, WFG, a Transamerica.
